Hi all. I'm making stuffed shells for Thanksgiving, and am going to be making them ahead and freezing them so I don't have to work so hard actually ON Thanksgiving
. Here's my question.... can I cook and then re-freeze frozen spinach and frozen peas? There wouldn't be any reason why I couldn't, right? I'm going to be sautee-ing broccoli, frozen spinach, and frozen peas together with pesto sauce, garlic, salt and pepper, then mixing it all together in the food processor and then stuffing pasta shells with the mixture to freeze again. The green stuff should all be ok right?
