I have found that most interior hall doors are made of wood. I know at BCV the doors are wood and I believe at VWL also.

At SSR they are steel doors.

Not sure about BWV, but I believe they are wood also.

I like to hang our wreath with a magnetic hook, and this has been our experience :thumbsup2

I'm pretty sure BWV doors are wood as well. Can you take along a OTD wreath hanger?

The easy answer here is the removable double stick tape hangers. I use some for pictures in my office to avoid damaging the paint on the walls and they will hold up to 5 pounds on a single hook.

Have a great trip and thanks for going with the extra effort to help us all enjoy the holiday season with your decoration!!

Be careful with this, I have found that in some cases (maybe due to the paint finish? :confused3) this isn't always "removable" - I pulled off large portions of texture in our last home learning that the hard way. :sad2:

We bought the over the door wreath hangers at the dollar store. They work great.

I'm going to hit the Dollar store today. Hopefully, I'll find some stuff.

Can't wait to be home for Christmas!

Sorry for the trouble but we are leaving for a pre-cruise WDW trip in a few days and I haven't had time to be on the DIS as much as usual. Is there a DIS meet planned for the 1st afternoon of the cruise??

I hate to disagree, but yes you can place magnets on the wooden doors at BWV.

P.S. I never said that they would stay there did I?

You got me... I read up to -Tony and :confused3 then re-read what you wrote... thought, maybe a steel core for fire? :confused3 Then I saw your P.S. :rotfl2:

Wooden doors just take a hammer and nails.
