Can you purchase gift certificates to restaurants?

I know someone asked this recently, but I couldn't find it - can I purchase a gift certificate from a particular restaurant, for example, Le Bistro or Artist Point? Thanks for your help!

I don't know about GCs, but how bout buying Disney Dollars instead? It can function just like a GC.
