I found this address by calling DL Guest Services and listening to a recording. I have ordered several hundred $ without a problem. Works well for me since I am 90 minutes from the nearest Disney Store, and I frequently by more than $100 a shot.

Walt Disney World Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, and guests may purchase up to twenty-five certificates at one time. These gift certificates may be purchased by writing to the address listed below, or with a credit card by calling the Disney Reservation Center at 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639).

As another option, Disney Dollars are available in $1, $5, and $10 denominations, and may be applied toward purchases anywhere at the Walt Disney World Resort. Although it is not possible to buy Disney Dollars online or by phone, they may be ordered by writing to:

Please indicate the number of each denomination desired, and include a money order made payable to Walt Disney World Co. for the total amount, plus $3 for regular delivery (approximately 2 to 3 weeks) or $10 for express delivery (5 to 7 business days; not available for orders overseas). Please note that there is a $650 limit on each Disney Dollar order.

Disney Dollars are also available at many Disney Store locations, nationwide. For specific information regarding availability, please contact The Disney Store nearest you.
