Can you pre-book tasting at Hook’s Barbery?

Hi all! Is it possible to pre-book the tasting at Hook's Barbery - or is it first come, first serve? Our booking window opened this evening and we were able to snag a bourbon tasting but there is no mention of Hook's anywhere. Wonder if I'm missing something! Thanks!

Yes, my son and I booked one during our cruise over Christmas last year. It's a very small setting, we had a good time.
