Can you please recommend a restaurant for our hot date!?

We just ate at California Grill in the Contemprorary last week and LOVED it. I highly recommend it. The food was great, the service was great and the view was incredible. We made our reservation for 7:40pm on a night that Wishes was at 8pm. We ordered our salads before the fireworks and our server put in our food order while we watched the fireworks outside on a viewing platform. (Our table was in a spot in the restaurant where the view wouldn't be so great.)

At the end of our dinner, we could actually see Illuminations at Epcot from our seats, which was cool.

I had the filet and it was wonderful. The desserts were terrific too. This was our first time at CG, and we plan to go many more times in the future.

We have also eaten at Shula's and it was fabulous.

I'd go for Shulas, it's our favorite. Great food and service with very few children so you can have a very adult evening.
