Can you pick up rental from the dolphin?

How early? Is there another place more convenient to pick up a rental car? Ive only ever dropped off a car there.. Thinking about staying at AOA pre-cruise and renting a car to drive to port. Don't want to wait for Disney transport as we like to get to port early. What would be the best way to get to the dolphin from AOA early in the morning if thats possible? Thanks!

Hours for National and Alamo:

Walt Disney World Car Care Center
Sat-Sun: 06:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.
Mon-Fri: 06:00 a.m. - 08:00 p.m.

WDW Dolphin Resort
Sun-Sat: 08:00 a.m. - 04:00 p.m.

National/Alamo at the Walt Disney World Car Care Center has longer hours and provides guest pickup and drop-off shuttle service at WDW resorts.

National/Alamo at the WDW Dolphin Resort has more limited hours, but can be very convenient if you're staying at one of the resorts around Crescent Lake or if you're walking to or from Epcot or DHS. National/Alamo at the WDW Dolphin Resort does NOT provide pickup and drop-off shuttle service.
