Can you pay bag fee at LBV bag drop for Delta

If we have an extra case can we pay the extra bag fee at the Delta bag drop for indirect flights at the lbv outlet?

If you look at their faq's there areat least 2 questions relating to excess luggage. Basically saying ring and pay upfront or pay when you check in.

I would definitely pay it in advance if you can. In my experience it's cheaper when you pay in advance.

I believe paying at the LBV check in is classed as paying in advance but maybe send then an email to clarify fees.
