1) I can understand your feelings.
2) Just like sitting still while you order
. . . a tank of leaded gas until you get it
. . . a lit cigarette in a restaurant until you get it
. . . a super-sized meal at McDonald's until you get it
. . . a Ford Pinto until you get it
. . . a no-documentation adjustable-rate mortgage until you get it
3) Every now and then the time for things have passed, like lunch items.

A burger isn't even on the kids menu ( lunch or dinner). Ask for extra breadsticks..so your son won't end up being hungry as well as embarassed.
