We saw her in a character meet and greet are behind a shop in the United Kingdom in Epcot along with Alice, Pooh and Tigger.
That would have been at WDW. OP is asking about DLR.
OP...... stop into City Hall, or ask any CM with a phone to call the character hotline. They can tell you exactly when and where Mary will appear that day. We met them at Coke Corner on our December trip last year. We had asked where they would be and they showed up right on schedule.
Also do not miss the little performance they give in front of the castle in the early afternoon. It should be on the daily schedule. It's a song and dance thing.
thanks! I did not know we could ask when characters would appear. how cool!
What is this performance you speak of?Seriously, last year was my first trip since I was 15. And the first trip with the kids. we spent a lot of time in FL (naturally) and on Autopia for my car-loving toddler.
It's much easier and quicker to ask at the information stand at "the top left" of Main Street. It's not far from Refreshment Corner. (Almost everyone thinks that the brand name is official). That is one place where they do meet 'n greets. Otherwise, look for them in Town Square. Less often, they will do a meet 'n greet in Fantasyland - to the left of the Matterhorn is one spot. They sometimes just take a stroll around Fantasyland.
Not asked, but there is never a Photopass photographer at their meet 'n greets.
"Their show" is with the Pearly Band in the castle forecourt - described elsewhere. They sometimes appear in the entrance show.
Here's a snippet of their show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U35J3QFhE-o
If you really want to see them, it's only a few minutes to ask where you can see them in the park. I agree with Perlster about where to find them. City Hall can get quite the line.
Not asked, but there is never a Photopass photographer at their meet 'n greets.
DD is obsessed with the movie. I know she's in the parade, but can you meet Mary Poppins and Bert anywhere in the park? Thanks!
We ran into them in a little more off-the-beaten path location. My daughter has a medical need that requires that we visit First Aid several times a day. On at least two separate occasions, Mary Poppins and Bert have come in while we were there to cheer up the kids getting medical attention.
