Can you make dining resrvations for Three Broomsticks?

Does Universal offer ADRs like WDW? If so, can anyone point me in the right direction to make an ADR for the Three Broomsticks? Thanks in advance for your help

I believe only for breakfast, and I think that is limited to guests on the special package.

Otherwise, no reservations. It's a counter service, you order at the counter. They'll then show you to a table and bring your food.

When we went, there was a 15 min. wait to get in. The TM's were very organized and had the system down. It was nice not to have to search for a table once we had our food. The food was nothing fancy, but as big Potter fans, we enjoyed the atmosphere.
