Can you list 5 in a room for 4?

For spring break, one of my DDs and I will be staying in a 1 bedroom at Beach Club for 4 nights (Sunday-Wednesday nights, check out on Thursday morning). Then we go on a 3 night Disney Cruise.

She would like for a friend to come to Disney and stay with us Sunday through Wednesday (they would leave on Wednesday evening). Then my DH and my other DD will be joining us on Wednesday night late (they are going to take the latest flight possible) and from there we will go on the cruise.

So on any one night, there won't be more than 4 of us in the room. But the people will change, and so there will be a total of 5 of us using the room throughout the week.

Is that possible? To list all 5 of us on the room reservation?

The room only has beds for 4, however, DVC will allow you to book 5 in the room. They will not provide bedding or linens for the 5th person, though.

Another option:
Book your DD, her friend ,and yourself into the room for the first 3 nights.
On Wed. morning go the front desk, checkout the friend and check in your DH and DD.

Thanks so much! If they will allow me to book 5 people that will work. We won't need extra bedding since there will never be more than 4 in the room each night.

Your bedding won't be changed, but you can launder it yourself using the washer and dryer in your villa. You should get clean towels on Wednesday with Trash & Towel service.

I usually wash up the towels each day anyway. Just makes it easier since it is hard to tell who used which towels. And I can just toss the sheets in too. I may look into switching from the 1 bedroom at Beach Club to a 1 bedroom at Bay Lake Towers. But BCV is our home resort so we have a room booked there for now. I can't move us until the 7 month window and honestly am not sure I want to move us because we love that area so much. But the extra bath and extra bed in the living room would make things easier in some ways. Just wanted to know if it would be possible to stay at Beach Club, but if they let us list 5 people then it will all work out if we do.
