Can you link reservations for dining and booking activities? If so, how? We'll have 2 reservations in concierge and 1 regular on the Magic, total 11 people.

Yes you can. If you log into disneycruiseline.com, click my reservations, where your reservation number is, there is a drop down to add and link a reservation

Yes. Be aware, if the "regular" room people may not be eligible for booking at the same time as the concierge rooms.
