Can you link Expedia Hotel bookings?

Hi All

So after cancelling the cruise for the 2nd year in a row!! (Maybe next year I'll get to go to on ellusive Dream!) We've managed to juggle our leave time to allow 3 extra days in florida instead flying out on the saturday, and coming back on the Tuesday! A slight bonus...

I want to add on 2 nights at POFQ after BC as I really want to see this resort (plus its cheaper then another 2 nights at BC CL!) If i book via Expedia can I link my reservation to MDE?

Yes you can

You will have to wait a couple of days but the Disney reference shows up on the online booking confirmation. It will be under Hotel reference or similar but it was the only one other than my Expedia reference on there.

Fabulous! Im off to book the 2nights at POFQ now then It seems to work out cheaper via Expedia then direct with Disney.

Yes, but it could take from a few days to a few weeks, you will receive an Expedia Itinerary number something like # 15265888888, you will then require a Disney confirmation number something like 440000111111 which you then enter into My Disney Experience.

If your Expedia Itinerary does change to:-
CONFIRMED
Confirmation #440000111111
on the right side of the Itinerary page then you need to call Expedia.

Good luck and just in case don't forget to go through Quidco for an extra 10% cashback on hotel bookings.

Possibly too late but might be worth checking your Expedia itinerary, as some bookings allow you to cancel with a full refund up to a cancellation window and if so just rebook through Quidco so long as the price hasn't increased.

Expedia Support states.... If you would like to change or cancel your hotel reservation, please check the hotel's cancellation policy in your itinerary for details first. If the booking is marked as "non-refundable", the hotel will not allow any changes to the original reservation. This includes date changes, name changes, and room type changes.

Ah I booked a non refundable rate so no cancellation this time!

I always forget to use Quidco

Although have worked out when I book the hoel & the flights through quidco I should get about £44 back! Not bad at all, that might cover a couple of drinks at the F&W!
