Can you link a reservation with another booked through renting points?

I rented points for a GCV reservation this July. If I book an extra night using my own points , will they let me link the two reservations even though one was made by the person I rented points from?

Yes, but both you and the person from whom you rented the reservation will need to call to authorize the linking. A conference call would be great way to do it. ( I am assuming that the rented room is the same type as the room that you will pay for with points.)

I booked 4 nights in a 2 bedroom at VGC with my own points, then later decided we wanted a 5th night so rented points for that one. The gentleman we bought the points from gave them my membership # and they made it all one reservation automatically. You'd probably want to call member services and check to make sure though.
