Hi!
I'm looking into a 2016 wedding to give my family enough time to save. I was wondering if you could just have a ceremony? I was looking at one at 8 am so we can have the wedding then change and head on out to the parks.

It depends on your group size. Groups of 6 (total, including you two) can do a Memories Collection event that is just a short ceremony. Groups of 20 or fewer (including you) can do an Escape Collection event, which comes with a brief cake-and-Champagne soirée at the ceremony site, directly after the ceremony. Wishes Collection events require you to have a catered reception.

You could also look into having a Swan wedding, which would allow just a ceremony with as many guests as you want. They have a beautiful ceremony site that is basically across the way from the DFTW Boardwalk ceremony site, with the waterway in the background. Just a walk or boatride away from Epcot and DHS. :) You could not wear your wedding dress to the parks, but if you are staying at a BW area resort, you could easily change their and head right to the parks afterward!
