Can you help me download a podcast?

I can't find last weeks e-mail show on iTunes (9/30 or 10/1), but I can find it on the site. How do I download it so I can listen in the car? Thanks so much. I desperately need my DIS fix!

There has not been an email show for the last 2 weeks.
The buttons are on the home page, but they take you to the show of 3 weeks ago.
