I'm 99.9% sure that is a retired Stampin Up set.

Have you checked the SU galleries at Splitcoast Stampers? It looks like the swirl in the top left corner is from a different set to me.

Yep, I've looked EVERYWHERE!!! Cannot for the life of me find it. It certainly does look like a Stampin Up set.

Are you identifying the swirls or the seashore stuff? Because I think those are two different sets. I have the one that looks exactly like a seashore that I got from Micheals or AC Moore (almost positive Michaels), but the swirls were not included.

The swirls look like one my mother has, but I have no idea where she got them.
