Can you help find a recipe

Several years ago I had a wonderful Cornish game hen recipe. I’m certain I found it online vs. a cookbook. I cannot find the recipe anywhere! Maybe someone here is familiar with what I am looking for.

here is what I remember:

1. stuff a Cornish game hen with fresh parsley. There may have been some seasoning added to the chicken as well
2. cook in a Dutch oven with butter , turning over, for a short time 10-20 minutes maybe?
3. finish cooking in the oven. Not sure if you added more butter.
4. then there was this Amazing honey butter sauce, using the butter from the pan.
5. boil red blis potatoes and pour honey butter over the potatoes

anyone? I am certain there was no orange or apricot involved.
