Absolutely, I get mine on my laptop, desktop, netbook & Cell phone.
You have to tell the laptop to not remove the messages from the server. I don't remember how, somebody talked me through it. It had to have been pretty easy. I use Outlook.

I have Gmail (Google). As the emails are stored on Google's server, I can open them on anything. I never have to worry about losing them. If I want them forwared to one computer, I can set that up. It also has a POP feature, (I think.) I don't know what that is as I've never used it.
Can you have the same email account on two separate computers and get all the emails delivered to both? Both computers would be laptops if that makes a difference.
