Can you get FP for EE at AK during EMH mornings?

We will be at WDW the first week of Aug. We are going to Ak on an EMH morning (at least it is right now if it doesn't change). We would like to do the Safari ride first but have DH get a FP to EE on the way. Can you get them that early? If so what is the fastest path to get to the FP machines, by the tree of life or through Dinoland? We have not riden EE!
