Can you get annual pass rates for Poly concierge

Do they ever have these? My friend wants me to help her plan her trip for October. She is very inflexible and has to stay at the Poly with concierge service. I don't know if you can even get annual pass discounts on these rooms.

I am going to be in the World during this time on an anniversary trip with my husband and he said we should try to use our annual pass for them. My thing is that I would have to check them into their hotel and our trip is really jam packed and I don't want to have to change any of my plans.

We have before but we are finding them fewer and far between these days.

On the trying to get it using your AP when you are staying elsewhere - they are no longer allowing that - used to be one AP could get three rooms but no longer.

I didn't know that was a no no these days. Not to seem too sneaky but how would they know I wasn't staying in the room? We are staying on DVC points during the same period so I am not using the annual pass for a room for me.

Oh ok -- didn't realize that you weren't using the pass to secure your room. You would of course to have your name on the reservation and if you put both of theirs on there they would then also be paying the extra person charge...regardless I don't think you will have much luck getting a Poly concierge room with a discount in October. They are really getting harder to find and October is one of those months that is filling up on its own these years.
