Can you freeze items with mayo in?

Not with the best results. It will break down and get watery.

I would say it depends on what you're wanting to freeze - I've frozen casseroles with mayo with no noticeable difference in texture.

Its chicken salad. I was at BJs and got a huge vat of it and was wondering. Guess it chilcken salad all week so it don't go bad. (girls helping)
