Can you fit both waterparks into one day?

I've never done the either park (but I'm finally going to do one this next trip!) so I can't answer which is better, but I'm trying to figure out why you'd want to attempt this. You can't park hop between water parks so you either are paying for two admissions or using two plusses. If you feel like spending a whole day at the water park, it would make more sense financially just to stay at one park the whole day. The water parks are generally open 10-5/6, so I'm sure you could do 3-4 hours in one and 3-4 in the other if you really wanted to.

with the unlimted park hoppers passes I can go back and forth to all the park as many times as i want.

Well that's a big duh for me. I tend to forget about those UPH's :)

Sure, do both. Even when they aren't open as long, if you get there by 9AM, you can hop over to the other water park about 2P and stay until it closes about 5PM. I prefer Typhoon Lagoon. The wave pool there is fantasic. The wave pool at Blizzard Beach is not nearly as nice. But BB has better slides.

I signed my DD12 up for the surfing lesson (which is hands down the absolute highlight of any trip I have had @ DW) so we there at the opening "bell". We stayed until about 1:30- and took a taxi (much faster than taking the Disney bus) and stayed at BB until 4:30.

We finished evening w/ the Hoop Dee Doo show.

Again I can not recommend enough the surfing lesson @ TL. To watch my DD12 "catch a wave" was a true disney magical experience.
