Can you do the DDP while staying at the Swan/Dolphin?

Would like to purchase the DDP, but were staying at the Dolphin and not sure if we can.

It's not a DISNEY OWNED RESORT. Would be nice if they where, they have some good resturants there.

I was very happy they were not a disney owned resturant. Thats the only way I was able to get a character meal on my last trip.
