Can you cancel Photo Pass

Before leaving for our Disney trip I purchased the Photopass CD online. Due to the crowds we were only able to get one picture of our family and in every shot at least one person had their eyes closed. There are not any shots that we want to purchase. My question is can we get our money back. I sent them an email but did not receive a response.

On their website it says you can get a refund as long as you didn't use the promotional code from the email to order the CD already.

Sorry that happened to you. I'd be bummed, I am hoping to come back with lots of pics on there!
