Can you call and check if you have a pin code?

We took our first family trip to WDW in March of this year and are already planning for next March. I was wondering if I could randomly call and see if I have any pin codes attached to our name. I would hate to make reservations only to get one a few weeks later. :dunno:

I have been going all my life. I have got 2 codes in 30 years. It happens more now than it use to with the net, but book and hope for the best. I book and go anyway. Your best hope is to stay on this board for the best deals.

Should that happen -- you get one after you make your reservation.. you can call and see if it applies to your dates/resort or not. If yes, they'll 'apply' the discount to your already booked package.

If not, you can consider moving your vacation to take advantage of the offer.

You can call to ask if you have a PIN code. Most CM's at Disney Reservations will tell you.

Two years ago we called to ask and they told us thee was no code for us. Several months later we received an email code. Maybe they sent it because they knew we were interested??

and had a pin attached to my name with that code. It was a Disney miracle! They had my email address typed in the computer wrong and my DH was deleting emails he was receiving, so I'm not sure which email it went to. I was getting emails from them with another email.

Register everywhere you can. use multiple emails. Order planning videos, etc.

There are no guarantees, but you never know. It's always worth a shot.

I had never had a pin code or received a postcard or anything for all the years I've gone to WDW. Then this past January early in the month I called about getting a room for a few weeks later in January. Out of the blue I was told "You have a pin code with your name" and wound up with a good discount.

Then in mid-February I called about a room for the end of Februray, I was told, before I could ask, "You have a January/February pin code with your name" and got another good rate.

I guess I got the luck of the draw or however Disney does these things.
