Can you buy the meal plan without buying tickets?

We already have tickets, but I keep hearing that the meal plan is a good deal. Can we buy it with a room-only reservation?

You haVe to buy at least a one day ticket for each person in your party in order to use the dining plan. They will only do it as part of a room/ticket package.
