Can you buy dinning plan buy itself?

We are going to DL in may using DVC points. Can we still buy the dinning plan?

I'm not sure. If WDT wont let you, try AAA. You can also purchase prepaid character meals at www.getawaytoday.com They are a little cheaper, but they charge a service fee that kills the savings. I guess if you bought a couple days worth it would be worth it. Not sure if you could have them in will call like park hoppers.
