A letter from the DCL with limits and prices for the different tasting available to us:

"We can request the ship for a private mixology/tasting 30 days prior to sail date, please see below min/max per class as well as the cost per class (subject to change without notice), each participant will be charged the fee to their onboard account whether they show-up or not. I will need names with stateroom numbers at least 2 weeks prior to sail date. You may request the times & dates preferred, but they are usually scheduled in any sea days around 2pm and/or 4pm in the Cadillac Lounge.

Champagne: $35.00pp – min 20/max 30
Martini: $20.00pp - min 20/max 40
Beer: $20.00pp - min 20/max 40
Mixology: $20.00pp - min 20/max 40
Mojito: $20.00pp - min 20/max 40
Tequila / Margarita: $20.00pp - min 20/max 40
