For years, I've wondered why Disney hasn't made this an option, yet. You'd think it would be a great savings for them not to have as many telephone operators.
At first, I thought this was to keep travel agents or scalpers from booking large blocks of reservations and selling them; or other unfair ways of gaming the system. However, it occured to me that if they made you log in with a password -- or even required a credit card to create the account -- they could avoid any possibility of that.
I would SOOOOO love to be able to book ADRs online, and also get a printed list of the ADRs I've made (whether by phone or online).
I can't figure out why the complicated process of booking vacation packages that include rooms, dining plans, park tickets (with their many options), and even airline tickets can be done online, but the simple process of booking a table at a restaurant can't.
I really hope there's a programmer working on this as we speak.
