Can you bank your points online, or do you have call?

I'm not finding anything on the members website, was curious if I have to call customer services?

As far as I know, you can do it both ways. However, I prefer talking to live person whenever it comes to dealing with my points.

You can bank on-line.

"My Membership" "Vacation Points" then look for a link for banking - just did ours on line yesterday

I have had issues with MS making mistakes, I have yet to make a mistake with our points.

In fact I have not called or waited on hold for MS since online access was implemented.

I found out you can not bank points online until everything in completely closed and/or all MF are paid..
I bought direct.. Wanted to bank points, but found out I couldn't until I got the final letter from DVC..

If you bought direct, your guide could have banked your points for you. They can also sometimes help you make a hard to get reservation, pulling inventory from their inventory, not the DVC inventory.

Folks buying resale can have the seller bank the points prior to issuing the contract.

I know he could have.. I wanted to do it on my own, since I wasn't sure if my sister was going to use our current points at the time..
I still have lots of time to bank (oct UY) , so it's not worth the phone call right now..

We are just waiting on the final letter from Disney, should be here next week I was told..
So I not a biggie for us..
