I would call Universal and ask them make sure, tell them you're on the fence between PAP and Premiere.

If you're trying to be cheap remember that Premiere benefits are mainly useful for locals who go there a lot, plus even though there is a small difference in initial cost between the 2 passes there is a huge difference when it comes time to renew.

No, you can't do that. The only way you coould upgrade is to pay off your other contract and then upgrade.
