Can you add days to a priceline.com bid.

I was wondering if we could add days to a priceline.com bid. Say you bid for 1 but wanted to add a few days can you do that.

YES, I just did it following the Priceline.com for DUMMIES reference book. To extend your stay: 1. Make sure to ask before you check in, and no more than 30 days after bid accepted. 2. From PL's homepage click on HELP near the top of the screen. 3. In the Top Questions For the drop-down list, select hotel rooms. 4. Click on Can I Add Nights to My Accepted Reservation? 5. Click on Click Here link near the bottom of the page of text. 6. Enter your Priceline hotel request number ( not confirmation number) and E-mail address, and click Next. 7. Enter the number of days you'd like to add, and click Next. Priceline will get back to you within 24 hours telling you whether you can extend your stay. Good Luck!
