I don't think so. I mean, you may be able to see one or two of the highest shells in the distance, but I have never seen it. You would have to be in the West Side parking lot, looking to the right of Blizzard Beach. There is a lot between DTD and MK.

You can see the "flashes" in the distance, and occasionally a VERY high firework or two. Thats it.
