cases of water? Is there a safe place to cross the street? Any other advice is appreciated. I do not want to do grocery delivery since we only need the water.

Yes you can walk it. We were at BWV last year and walked to the Hess station. It took about 8-10 minutes from our room to get to Hess.

Also, they have cases of water, pop and a few grocery type items.

There is a light and a crosswalk at the corner by the BW convention center (where the busses turn in).

Just a quick comment...we order 3-4 cases a water each trip and get it delivered from Staples. They drop it off at Bell Services and we call down when we arrive and have them bring it up.

Do you know if BWV charges for this? I remember reading that certain resorts (the ones that have business centers), charge $20 or so because the deliveries are made to the business centers, which are not run by Disney....:confused3

BWV very well may charge - you are correct. (They do this to discourage vendors setting up for conventions from using the hotel services for their displays.)

Yup, I just did some further research and BW is one of the resorts that HAS charged people alot of money for taking and storing deliveries for them..So we will be walking over to Hess.
