Can we use Magical Express with separate arrival dates

I will be driving down with our children and my husband will be flying in the day after we check in...will he be able to access the Magical Express the evening that he flies in to get to our resort or will we have to make separate arrangements to go pick him up?

Yes you can use DME on different days.

I just make this kind of reservation earlier today. No problem at all. I did it online and there is a link in the process that asks if you have a traveler/s with separate flight arrangements. The exact wording is below:

If someone in your party is traveling on another flight and also wants to participate in Disney's Magical Express service, press the "Add A Flight Group" button.

Yup, we just did this. I arrived 5 days ahead of my family. It was not an issue. I booked MDE arrival for myself separately. And then booked my return with the family's MDE.
