Can we order items from parks after the fact?

Hi everyone.... I hope this is the right place for this post. When we were in Disney in August, my daughter bought herself a Belle Dress Christmas ornament. She now wants to know if she can get the rest of them (or at least Aurora and Alice). I believe she got it at a little store near Mama Melrose and the Muppet 3D Show. I believe we also saw them at the Christmas shop at Downtown Disney. I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance!

Call Disney Merchandise. You can go through the 407-W-DISNEY phone system and use the prompts. You may be redirected to another number but just hang in there. Tell the castmember who answers the phone what you are looking for, where you thought you saw it at the parks and they'll find it in their computer system for you.

I forgot to purchase an item when we left in June. I called them last month and told them what I was looking for. Within in ten minutes, the castmember found what I wanted, had taken my credit card number and the order was processed.

Thanks Lisa .. I did call and found out that the item will cost me $40 and the shipping will cost $40. I can't justify paying double the cost just to have it shipped! I know a friend at work that is leaving in a few days. I may just give him the money and hope for the best. Wish me luck!!!
