Can we do this?

Hi. Question, can we leave POP, get to EPCOT (it's an evening EMH), get our EMH armbands (and maybe a FP for Soarin or Test Track or Mission Space for later), get on the Monorail for the CR, get to a 6 pm ressie for the Concourse Steakhouse, then Monorail back to EPCOT for EMH. We will have seen Illuminations earlier in the week, so we wont need to watch it again, we can ride instead (and hopefully have a FP to help us along). When would we need to leave POP to make this happen? Are there any hang-up points that you can see? What is the latest in the night that we can get armbands for EMH (WS closes that night at 9 with EMH till 12)? Keep in mind it will be MID-SEP and MID-WEEK.

Epcot evening EMH starts at 9pm, wristbands are distributed starting 2 hours before, so you can get a wristband starting at 7pm. So you can't get it before your 6pm Concourse reservations.

You might as well go to CR first, have dinner, then monorail over to Epcot. You can get wristbands from 7pm all the way up to closing time at 12am.

You can actually arrive at the park after the evening EMH has started and get your wristbands as long as you are Disney resort guests.
Please note that Fast Passes for Test Track and Soarin' have been running out early in the afternoons the past few months. I don't know what it will be like in September. They reopen the FP machines at some locations when the evening EMH starts so if you are there when it begins grab them right away.
