Can We Do It All in Just One Day?

Hi all. My family and I have just one day to visit. We are staying onsite so we will have FOTL. Should I buy the one day/two park tickets and try to do it all in one day? These tickets are expensive ($66.45+tax for adults and $56.95+tax for children). We will be there Saturday, December 13th and I believe the parks close at 7:00. I will stick with the lower priced one park ticket if there is really no way to do both parks in such a short time. We have never been to Universal and we can't wait! Thanks so much for your advice!

You can do both parks in one day, especially with your being onsite, but you will have to sacrifice many things and hit only that which you want to see the most.

Even with FOTL, I doubt if you will be able to do it all in one day.

There is so much to do and see at US/IOA. We have been several times and still have not done it all. We have smaller children so it's 1 Fish, 2 Fish for hours on end. LOL

You could make a strict touring plan and hit most of the major attractions, but that may be a little stressful.

Doable, but have to agree, you will miss out on a lot of the fun theming, shopping and so forth.

I have to agree with the earliar posts, doing both parks in one day measn missing out on lots of things. IMHO it would be best just to pick one park and that way stand a better chance of seeing most of that one. Gives you an excuse to come back again.

Thanks to all who replied. I will take your advice and stick to IOA: save myself some money; and give myself an excuse to come back!!
