Can we buy APs at resorts?

We are headed to CBR. Wondering, can we buy APs at the resot or do we need to purchase these in a park instead.

Almost positive that you can only get the AP's at the parks. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I know they have to be activated at the parks or TTC.

You can get your AP at guest services in downtown disney..very easy, the line is usually not to long and they are great in there. The one by the big toy store.

Ditto webray - I usually get my Pass activated at IG - Last trip, I did GR at DTD - so quick comparetively! We were in & out in less than 5 minutes. If I had a car, I would do it that way again.

I was told on Jan 2nd that AP are now sold at the resorts.

Do I believe it? Not until I hear from someone who has been there that they are doing this now. There is a lot of wrong info coming out of CRO right now.

Thanks for the information. Does this mean that if we purchase our AP's at DTD that they are activated there as well? We want to be able to use our DDE card tonight at Boma's and need to get the activated today. We don't have plans to go to a park, but won't be too far from DTD.
