Hello.. my Disney group will consist of my husband and I, our 5 year old and 1 month old. Does anyone know if we will have a problem trying to sit together on the attractions that have smaller seats like Peter Pans Flight, Finding Nemo, Toy Story Mania, etc.? Obviously we will be holding the 1 month old, and in the past I know we did not have a problem when our family consisted of just 3. We are small people, but I wasn't sure if they had a maximum amount of people permitted. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance!

You might need to split up for some rides that seat just two. I am thinking of Dumbo for example. One parent with the 5-year old, the other in the next car with the baby. I am also thinking that you will want to do baby swap on some rides that you don't want to take the baby on. For example, Goofy's Barnstormer. Have fun!

You won't fit into one side on Toy Story Mania. But you can split up and have both sides of the car. Nemo may be possible, if you are on the small side.

They will count the baby as a person, even though he takes up no room. So if the allowed maximum is 3, which I suspect it may be on all of the rides you listed, then you won't be able to sit together, no matter how much extra room there is.

I may be wrong, but I don't thing you will have a big problem. The only rides that I can recall that have a MAX # stated, would be rides the infant cant go on. I'm sure there are some un-posted guidelines and common sense rules but If the three of you fit, the baby should not be a problem to be added on. I would strongly suggest wearing the baby rather than carrying it, and there might be some rides where there is not a height restriction where you might not choose to take the baby. Since you know WDW, you can make that judgement. I would take full advantage of baby swap allowing your 5 year old to ride twice.

My family of four sometimes all fit when DS-2 and other DS-2 months. With a 5-yo, you probably will have to split up. On the bright side, you get your own shooter on TSM and Buzz light year. You may want to wear the baby though to free up hands.

I'd say just have a plan in place for if you do need to split up, and have the 5 year old ready for the possibility. I remember some rides we were allowed 4 people if one was a "lap baby".
