Okay, I am really excited, I'm pretty sure we're adding the Dining Plan to our trip(after adding up, it's very worth it) Can we add Dining option after already purchasing our park tickets? This will be our first time at the resort, so i don't have a clue. Also how do I do that, do we do it upon arriving at the resort?
I looked around but couldn't find how much per child, per adult is the dining plan per day?
Thanks so much:banana:

As far as I'm aware, you can add it IF you've purchased a package. If you just booked your room separately and bought tickets on your own, then no, you just can't "add" the dining. But if you bought a package that includes room and park tix and what have you, then yes, you can add the dining package as well.

As long as you do it prior to your arrival by a few days (I thing 4-5) and that you are all on the same package/ticket you should be ok. Would call disney dining asap and also start making ADRs

Thanks, I didn't book yet, will be doing that in a few weeks, so i'll do a package instead of room only and tics later, thanks.

Dont forget you only need a 1 day base ticket for everyone,so you still can use you outher tickets for rest of stay

Unless you're staying at a DVC resort on DVC points, the Dining Plan is only available as part of a Magic Your Way package, including admission. Unfortunately, if you have already purchased additional admission, you'd still have to purchase additional passes (perhaps to use on a future visit) as part of the package to qualify for the Dining Plan.

Your reservation must be booked as a Magic Your Way package with Dining. The Dining Plan is capacity limited (i.e., it could "sell out"). Assuming it is still available, they say you can switch from your current package to one with the Dining Plan up to three days prior to the check-in date.

$38.99 is the regular price. $10.99 is the price for young children, 3-9 years old.

All of your question are answered in the Dining Plan FAQ: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1305783

You might find answers to other questions you have there as well.

Thanks for all your answers, i'm pretty sure we want it, so it sounds like I should book it all together right away.:goodvibes
I didn't even realize that ddp thread was up there, that answered all of my questions, thanks again
