Can this be done?

Can a young adult couple start golfing 18 holes at Eagle Pines at 3:00 pm, be in MGM (with a decent spot) to see Fantasmic at 7:30, and then make it to a 9:00 dinner reservation at Spoodles? If it were up to me, I'd cancel the golf, but my DBF has his heart set on it!

Hmm....I would think you would have to cut out early of Fantasmic to get to Spoodles. Perhaps you could catch Fantasmic on a different day?

You can do Spoodles for sure. Fantasmic not. Depending when you are going, 3pm is a discounted rate. If you are in the first foursome right at 3pm, you might have a chance of getting the round done in 4 hours. But I woud say chances are not in your favor. If the round is super slow, it will take about 5 hours.

You can easily see a 7.30 pm Fantasmic and make it to Spoodles by 9.00 pm. Fantasmic is only 25-30 minutes long, which gives you an hour to leave MGM and either walk or boat to the Boardwalk. You will make it with time to spare.

You probably cannot make it to a 7.30 pm Fantasmic, however, if you tee off for 18 holes of golf at 3.00 pm. Would it be possible to just play a round of 9 holes?

It will take longer than 4 hours to play golf, the courses are long and tough and the rough high. I don't believe Disney's main courses have a nine hole rate andeven with the after 3 pm discount, its a hefty price to pay and just blow through a round. The courses are beautiful, well kept with alot of wild animals crossing and just hanging around. My wife and I played Osprey Ridge this past October and saw tons of deer and wild turkeys. We had a 3 pm tee time and went out with another couple and played quite fast but coming down the last hole, darkness was setting in making seeing your shot tough so it was quite late by then. By the time you return your clubs and call for your cab takes some time too so I would skip what you have planned and do it another night.
