Can the resort concierge print out a list of ADRs?

We'll be staying at the GF, and since several of our ADRs require early park admission, I would like to get an "official" print out somewhere. Can they do this if you give them your phone number? Also, it would be nice to check and see that all of our ADRs are in place at the beginning of our week.

Yes they can, if you have any wants as far as ADR's you should call them give them a window of time and ask them to try tro get it for you. We are CL at the Polly and they are amazing with what they can pull off
 
Every time I check in - they are able to print out a list of my ADR's- either the front desk or concierge desk.
 

...or you can try e-mailing them and ask for a list before you go.

Do it now via e-mail. The concierge at CR sent me a very nice itinerary PDF. - Then she found out I wasn't staying on the concierge level and wasn't very happy with me. :mad:
 
I've had lousy luck with this - I'm 0 for 2 on getting them. Once our name was so screwed up we could never find them - we'd show up at the restaurant and find "our" name - it was consistantly the same bad name so we weren't taking someone else's reservation. The second time the system was down the first few DAYS I tried.

I keep mine in a spreadsheet with confirmation numbers.

Just to clarify you don't have to be staying on "club or concierge" level to have your ADR's printed when you arrive. But.. you probably shouldn't use the concierge advance planning people either :)

You can have it done at check in by the front desk and also at guest relations at the parks and resorts. I make a word document with my ADR#'s, then shrink it and bring it with me. Upon arrival I just ask ask at check in for a printout of my ADR's and then check them with my info to make sure we are good to go. Having the numbers on hand in case of confusion has helped in the few cases when the CM couldn't find our reservation.

I got it from a thread under the Resorts section of this site. It might have been a sticky as it was right at the top. If you don't find it, let me know and I'll look for it. :)
