Can the Penguins sign autographs?

It looks like they might be able to hold a pen with their flipper but I want to be sure before I make a special penguin spot for them to sign.

The penguin we met in Inventions signed his name as Pingu but they may not all be able to sign

I saw a Penguin in the DLH near the restaurants signing autographs... When he wasn't getting loads of attention he wandered into the bar and pretended to order a drink!

It was probably the same one as at the Inventions buffet - he had DS sneaking him cakes from the buffet
