Can the $200 gc with the 4/3 offer be used at CS and TS resturants?

I tried to do a search on this, but could not get the search feature to work

We are wanting to use our $200 gift card that we will be getting with 4/3 plan for meals both CS and TS during our February trip. Does anyone know if this can be used towards meals or just merchandise??

Has anyone been able to use the card to pay toward their balance when they check out?
For example; if you charged restaurant gratuities or other purchases to your room, can you use the gift card when you check out to pay off that balance? (We're going to be on the DDP).
