Nobody has ever asked for us for proof of staying at the hotels at PBH or RPR, but the last time we used the HRH pool, they were issuing wrist bands to make sure you were staying in one of the three hotels. Don't know if that was only because it was very crowded that day or what, but they were also checking either wristbands or hotel keys at the gates when you entered.

So, just a heads up, if this is common practice (HRH experts can tell you - we always stay at either RPR or PBH), your sister may not be able to get into the HRH pool unless you put her on your room reservation.

It doesn't seem quite right that people can come in off the streets to use the pools at the hotels.

I would add her to the reservation if you can. As long as you don't go over max occupancy (3 or 5 depending on your room). I don't see any big deal if you are a registered guest and want to see a friend. It is not like people will be wandering in off the streets .
