Can someone who uses IE and NOT Outlook Express do me a favor??

I am working on a website and need a favor....

Go to this URL and click on "Contract Services" and tell me what happens...

I have Netscape, so a Netscape mail window pops up, One cubicle mate uses IE, but has Outlook Express as her default mail client, so for her an OE mail window opens. And in AOL and AOL mail window opens.

I need to know what happens if you use IE and say Yahoo or Hotmail for mail, what happens when you click that link??

We use Lotus Notes here in our Office, although we have the full suite of Microsoft products installed including outlook express.

When I click the link, outlook express comes up, NOT Lotus Notes which is even open on my machine right now. Lotus must not update the 'default' mail client.

We have Lotus Notes and Outlook Express is NOT installed anywhere on our PCs.

My Lotus Notes (default e-mail) popped up.

I use IE and a web based email with no email program configured on my hard drive. When I click on the link, I get an error pop up window and that tells me I do not have a mail program configured. When I click OK, the web page switched to a "page not found" error.
