Can someone tell me how Private Practice ended?

I fell asleep before the end & missed it. The last things I remember were the surgery, Addison saying the baby has to be OK, and Sloan's daughter asking for her mom.

Was the baby OK? Was Sloan's Daughter OK? Did Sloan decide to stay in CA? What else happened between Sloan & Addison?

I hate when I fall asleep & miss the ending!!!!!!!!!

Baby and daughter are okay. Mark said that he, Addison and Sloan could all raise the baby together and it would be their second chance (remember, Addison had been pregnant with Mark's baby long ago and terminated the pregnancy). Addison asked Mark if he honestly was doing this because he didn't love Lexie and wanted to be with her. Mark said "I'm sorry" and Addison said she was too. Doesn't look like they'll be getting together.

Dell apologized to his daughter for not letting her say goodbye to her mom and they made amends.

Maya came to Addison at the very end and handed her a positive pregnancy test.

I think what will end up happening is Sloan will give the baby up to Mark and Lexie.

I kind of think the same thing....except that she will stick around a little and try to make a go of being a mother. But then she will bolt and leave Mark with a baby and Lexie will come back to him.
